A voluntary specification for Watertightness routine test for rolling stock foruse by companies in the rail sector. Replaces individual company specific functional requirements and constitutes a common reference being used for tendering and verification. This EuroSpec is applicable for all types of passenger railway vehicles including locomotives and contains routine watertightness testing requirements for rolling stock and its components and unifies the requested performances of the different operators.
